01 — The Person
The hands
behind the
invisible.
I build systems that disappear. For the past few years my work has lived at the seam between product thinking and AI architecture — voice bots wired into CRMs, omnichannel communication stacks, agentic automation pipelines. The goal is never to showcase the engineering, but to make the complexity entirely invisible to the person on the other end.
Moving from analyst-side roles into product management was deliberate — a move to own the whole narrative. Not just how a system scales, but why it deserves to exist. I lean hard into AI to compress workflows and expand what a single person can hold.
My philosophy is architectural minimalism: every feature must earn its place. If it doesn't serve the core utility with absolute precision, it gets cut. What survives is undeniable.
